The course is taught by a Certified Public Health Inspector over two days: Tuesday, May 23rd and Thursday, May 25th, 2022. FOODSAFE Level 2 is suitable for those who have considerable experience working in a food service facility, especially in a management or supervisory position. A good command of spoken and written English is necessary for successful completion of this course. FOODSAFE Level 1 is a prerequisite for the Level 2 Course. Please bring certificate when registering. Registration may be made in person at #300 - 4946 Canada Way, Burnaby or by phoning 604-918-7677 to request a registration form. Payment in person may be by exact cash, cheque, debit or credit. Payment by mail must be by cheque only. Credit card payments may also be made over the phone. Note: Information on how to take module 1 (online $25) will be given at time of registration. Also note that Module 1 must be completed prior to attending class. Please bring certificate of completion with you on the first day of class. The requirement to complete module 1 can be waived if the student can verify in writing that they have completed FOODSAFE Level 1 or FOODSAFE Level 1 Refresher within two weeks of the date of the commencement of the Level 2 class they wish to enrol in. All instructional materials are provided during the class. Arrangements can be made to re-write the exam at no charge if the passing grade is not obtained on the first attempt. On request, a letter confirming successful completion of the course can be provided for the participant. Certificates are usually mailed out within 4 – 6 weeks.
