Welcome to Level 2, a two day course held on May 27 and 28 fom 9am to 4pm. Please come a half hour early. A valid Level 1 food safe certificate is required for attendance. If you have not taken level 1 within 2 weeks of taking level 2 you will need to take the 25 question food safety basics test. This can be taken a half hour before class at no charge. Please bring a copy of your level 1 certificate or your interim certificate. There will be two ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch break. Please dont park in Dickens parking spaces. Park on street or in empty bussiness parking spots. You will be phoned with the results of your test on a later day. It can take 6 to 8 weeks to receive certificates.
