Welcome to Level 2. Level 2 is a 2 day course on January 23 & 24. Please phone or email and leave your full name, date of birth, address, phone number and email. A workbook is supplied. There are 2 ten minute breaks and 1 half hour lunch break. You will need to bring a pen, pencil, highlighter, Identification, a mask, and your own food and drink . If you have not taken your level 1 within 2 weeks of taking level 2 you will need to take food safety basics on line at food safe .ca. It is a short quiz to prove you still remember important information from level 1. When you come please bring a COPY of your level 1 and a COPY of Your food safety basics certificate's. Your level 2 certificate can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. To take the food safety basics go to foodsafe.ca, click on level 2, scroll down to open school, click on it, scroll down to food safety basics, click on it, pay $25., take the test and print the certificate. When you arrive you will be asked if you have any symptoms of covid 19 or been around anyone with symptoms of covid 19 and your answer will be recorded on the class sheet. No one with symptoms will be allowed in the class room. If you get sick in class you will be asked to leave and you will be reimbursed if you paid for the course. You will also be asked to stay 6 feet at all times, wear a mask and sanitize your hands after every time you use the wash room or come in the class room from another area.
