Part I: Saturday, Sept 16th: 9:00 am to 3:00pm

Part II: Monday, Sept 18th: 9:00 am to 12:00pm.

FOODSAFE Level 2 is designed for foodservice owners, managers, kitchen managers, executive chefs, and anyone else who is responsible for managing food safety

Part I: Introduction the HACCP and FSPs, review of Food Safe Level 1. Identify and preparing FSPs and HACCP programs for both distributors and those in the food service industry.

Part II: Writing the HACCP. The second half of the program is 3 hours in length, where participants will write a HACCP or FSP, with short Q & A final exam. A short homework assignment will be included in the Food Safe Level 2 program.  

Fees include all materials, activities, and books.
