FOODSAFE Level 2 is designed for foodservice owners, managers, kitchen managers, executive chefs, and others who are responsible for managing for food safety in foodservice establishments. This interactive course focuses on developing a culture of food safety and includes modules on managing for food safety and writing a food safety plan. Note: course consists of two Tuesdays, two weeks apart. PRE-REQUISITE: 1) students must bring proof (certificate) of Level I to class to present to instructor; 2) students must complete an online Food Safety Basics - Review course (not FoodSafe Level 1) through Open School. To register for the online module, go to http://order.openschool.bc.ca/Product/Detail/ps_7540006174 and pay the required $25 fee using a credit card. You will be given a username and password for logging in to complete the review. Once complete, please download and print a completion letter for presenting to instructor in class.
