Kathy is based out of Kamloops and has been teaching FoodSafe in the Interior and Okanagan for over 10 years. She is a well known and highly appreciated Instructor with a very high student success rate in her public and private courses. Kathy Russell has a B.Sc. (Agri.) in Food Sciences from U.B.C. and has experience in many areas of the food industry including restaurants, food processing facilities, and volunteer orgnizations. Kathy is available to teach private group courses in the Interior, Okanagan and Lower Mainland.
