This is a twelve hour program and so will be conducted over the 25th and the 26th. Please note that you do require a Food Safe Level 1 certificate to enroll in this class. Please note we will be observing all COVID regulations and recommendations for this class. We will provide hand sanitizer, and masks. There will be distancing between students and we request that if you are having any COVID symptoms that you rebook. Please bring a drink with you and a bag lunch. COST: $150.00 We are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, Cheque or etransfer. Taxes are included. The cost includes your workbook/textbook, and your Interior Health Certificate valid for Five (5) years. There is a quiz at the conclusion of the program that requires 70% to be successful. Most people are very successful but anyone who does not achieve a pass of 70% will be invited to rewrite the quiz or retake the class at no extra charge There are language options but please request at least two weeks prior to the class to accommodate shipping of the quiz.
