This is a FOODSAFE Level 1 with a qualified, and experienced instructor! You will be issued a temporary FOODSAFE certificate on the day of class and your Interior Health issued certificate arrives in the mail. WHEN: 9:00am to 5:00pm. TO REGISTER: email: foodsafe.level.one@gmail.com or text/call Nansi@ 778-877-5801 All/any payment methods are acceptable on the day of class, cash, credit card, debit, or cheque. BRING: pen, highlighter and bag lunch. Recommend bringing water/coffee too. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The multiple-choice tests are marked the same day. Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 8 weeks of successful completion of the course. Passing grade is 70% and you will receive an interim certificate when you pass. All courses have very high passing rates; however, if a re-write is necessary it is free. LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Student workbooks are available in Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic. Tests are available in: Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi, Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic (if needed, please notify instructor in advance). Please note that all Covid-19 Safety Plan and health measures will be followed (pre-screening, physical distancing, hand hygiene etc.).
