BRING: ID, pen, highlighter, water, lunch, snacks, and refreshments and a sweater as meeting room temperature will be variable. LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Only water is provided. Please bring your refreshments. Two 15 minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break are scheduled. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is completed in the 8 hour day and Tests are marked the same day. Temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Workbooks are also available in Chinese, French, Korean, Punjabi and Arabic. Exams available in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, French, Japanese, Korean, Punjabi, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese. Please request when registering.
