This is an informational, fun class and you will get your certificate on the same day. You will receive a temporary FOODSAFE certificate before your Interior Health issued certificate (full and wallet size) arrives in the mail. WHEN: 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Elks Lodge. BRING: pen, highlighter and lunch (*there is a fridge & microwave you can use). Recommend bringing water/coffee too. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The multiple-choice exams are marked the same day. Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 4-6 weeks of successful completion of the course. If a re-write is necessary it is free. LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Student workbooks are available in Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic. Tests are available in: Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi, Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic (if needed, please notify instructor in advance).
