This 12 hour (2 day course - Sept. 24 - 25, 2018) is for food service owners, managers, kitchen managers and/or senior/executive chefs or those hoping to seek employment in these fields. This course includes modules on Managing for Food Safety and Writing a Food Safety Plan. Classroom atmosphere using verbal instruction, a colourful slide presentation and videos to emphasize the information. ***Prior successful completion of Foodsafe Level 1 Certification is a highly recommended as there will be references to this level.
