To register for this FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 class, please email Diana at bcfoodsafe@gmail.com or dsjaegli@gmail.com or phone/text her at (250) 764-0001. Class will be held at Spall Business Center in boardroom or other room TBA. Upon registration, a detailed course info sheet will be sent to the student. Class will run from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Bring a pen, highlighter, and a bag lunch. The course fee of $90 is payable by cash or cheque at the start of the class and includes the student workbook and Interior Health certificate fee. Healthy food facility next door or bring bag lunch. With a 70% passing mark, students will receive a temporary Letter of Confirmation. Interior Health will mail out the official FS certificates in 4-6 weeks. Other language options (Korean, Chinese,and Punjabi)are available for an additional $5 cost and must be requested upon registration.
