To register for this FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 class, please email Diana at bcfoodsafe@gmail.com or dsjaegli@gmail.com or phone/text her at (250) 764-0001. Class will be held at Spall Business Center in boardroom or other room TBA. Upon registration, a detailed course info sheet will be sent to the student. Class will run from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Bring a pen, highlighter, and a bag lunch. The course fee of $85 is payable by cash or cheque at the start of the class and includes the student workbook and Interior Health certificate fee. Eating facilities nearby or bring bag lunch. With a 70% passing mark, students will receive a temporary Letter of Confirmation. Interior Health will mail out the official FS certificates in 4-6 weeks. Other language options (Korean, Chinese,and Punjabi)are available for an additional $5 cost and must be requested upon registration.
