Foodsafe Level 2 is a 2 day, 12 hrs. course designed for owners, managers, & supervisors of food service establisments, including mobile food trucks and carts. Students must have proof of Foodsafe 1 completion in advance of this course and complete the Module 1.pdf and BC TransFat Regulations quizzes at the start of/or prior to the class. Written assignments include a Cleaning/Sanitation Schedule and Food Safety Plan. Students must pass the final 10 questions test with a minimum of 80%. Upon successful course completion, students will be issued a Letter of Completion while they wait for the official Interior Health FS2 certificates to arrive in the mail.
