There is plenty of parking in the side parking lot at the Spall Business Center, 1873 Spall Rd., just down from Quality Greens and in the same building as Blue Tail Sushi restaurant. Look for the dark cranberry coloured awning and birch tree. Please bring a pen, highlighter, and a bag lunch or eat out during the 30 min. lunch break. Course fee of $85 is payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Upon successful completion, students will be issued a temporary Letter of Completion while they wait for their official Interior Health FOODSAFE certificates to arrive in the mail. Thank you!
