To register for this course, please contact Diana by text or phone her at (250) 764-0001 OR email her at dsjaegli@gmail.com or BCFoodsafe@gmail.com. Class starts at 8:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm. There is ample parking in the central parking lot just outside of the building. Please bring a pen, highlighter, and bag lunch or you might prefer to eat out during the 30 min. lunch break. The course fee of $80 is payable by cash, or cheque. Upon successful course completion, students will be issued a temporary Letter of Completion while they wait for their official Interior Health FOODSAFE certificates to arrive in the mail. Thank you!
