To register for this course, please contact Diana by text or phone her at (250) 764-0001 OR email her at dsjaegli@gmail.com. Class starts at 8:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm. Class will be held at 3937 Bluebird Rd. in the Lower Mission area of Kelowna. Park in front of the cedar hedge or down the street and enter from the SIDE entrance along the driveway. Coffee or tea are provided. Bring a lunch or you might prefer to eat out during the 30 min. lunch break. The Special Summer course fee of $75 is payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Upon successful course completion, students will be issued a temporary Letter of Completion while they wait for their official Interior Health FOODSAFE certificates to arrive in the mail. Thank you!
