Course is taught in English by a Certified Public Health Inspector. July 5, 2022, is a Tuesday. The deadline for registration is June 30th, 2022 at 12:00pm. FOODSAFE Level 1 is appropriate for anyone who works in a food service facility. It is the course required by the BC Food Premises Regulation for anyone who is the operator of a Food Premises which serves food to the public, including operators of temporary food premises. Phone 604-918-7683 to request a registration form (by email or fax). Registration may be made in person at #300 - 4946 Canada Way, Burnaby. Payment in person may be by exact cash, cheque, debit or credit. Payment by mail must be by cheque only. Credit card payments may also be made over the phone. All instructional materials are provided during the class. Exams are marked as they are completed. Arrangements can be made to re-write the exam at no charge if the passing grade (70%) is not obtained by the student on their first attempt. Certificates are mailed out following the class. On request, a letter confirming successful completion of the course can be provided for the participant. To write the exam in a language other than English, please contact the instructor to make arrangements.
