Safely learn about FOODSAFE Level 2 from a qualified, fun, experienced instructor! Plus, get a temporary FOODSAFE certificate before your Interior Health issued certificate (full and wallet size) arrives in the mail. WHEN: The course takes place over 2 days: Tuesday Nov.26 is 9:00am to 5:00pm and Wednesday Nov.27 is 9am to 1pm. FEE: $180 (incl. gst) payable at start of class (cash, cheque or E-transfer). Includes workbook, resources, certificate, etc. PREREQUISITE: Valid Foodsafe Level 1 certificate. *Level 2 does not expire; Level 1 expires every 5 years (even with a Level 2 certificate) BRING: pen, highlighter and lunch (fridge & microwave available). Recommend bringing water/coffee too. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 4-6 weeks of successful completion of the course.
