Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The multiple choice exams are marked the same day. Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 6 to 8 weeks of successful completion of the course. Passing grade is 70% and you will receive an interim certificate when you pass.
