Course is taught by a certified public health inspector and food safety consultant with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site at time of completion. An instant temporary certificate can be issued to the candidate by the instructor upon successful completion of exam. The permanent certificate, issued by the Health Authority will follow in the mail. Bring pen, identification, and $60 cash registration fee to course.
