$60 course fee includes everything you need (foodsafe workbook, exam, certificate, gst). Course is taught by a certified public health inspector and food safety consultant with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site at time of completion. An instant temporary certificate is issued to participants by the instructor upon successful completion of exam, pending receipt of the permanent certificate in the mail 2-4 weeks later (issued by Island Health and subsequently forwarded to you by instructor).
