Course is taught by a certified public health inspector and food safety consultant with many years experience and stories to share. Exams are marked on-site upon completion, and an instant temporary certificate is issued to participants upon successful completion of exam, pending receipt of the permanent certificate in the mail 2-4 weeks later (issued by Island Health and subsequently mailed to you by instructor).
