BRING: ID, pen, highlighter, water, lunch, snacks, and refreshments and a sweater as meeting room temperature will be variable . LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Water is provided. Two 15 minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break are scheduled. Harvest Restaurant in the hotel will be open for food and beverages. Kekuli coffee shop is at 3rd and Columbia. More restaurants and coffee shops on Victoria St. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. If you dont get 70%, you have a chance to rewrite the exam or take the course again for free at a later date. PARKING: Free in the Double Tree Hotel parking lot in front of hotel.
