Please call 250-276-4492 or visit www.foodsafecourse.ca to register for this one day course. Bring a pen and a lunch as we stop for a short 30 minute break around noon. Your certificate will be mailed to you from Interior Health within 4 to 6 weeks of successful completion of the course. The course fee of $70 is payable by cash or cheque at the start of the class.
