Please go online at www.foodsafecourse.ca or call 250-276-4492 to register for this one day class. This course is taught by a certified Foodsafe instructor with 14 years experience. There is a 30 minute lunch break. It is recommended to bring a bag lunch. The Interior Health Authority issues the Foodsafe certificate 4-6 weeks after successful completion of the exam. A letter of successful completion can be issued the day of the course. The fee can be paid by e-transfer to jan@kreut.com or by cash or cheque at the beginning of the class. Workbooks are available in Punjabi, Korean & Chinese for an extra $5 charge. Please request when registering, at least two weeks before the class, to allow sufficient time for ordering.
