FOODSAFE LEVEL 1 Course Description COST: $80 per participant which includes the required Foodsafe workbook and IHA-issued certificate. BRING: ID, pen, highlighter, water, lunch, snacks, and refreshments. LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Please bring your own lunch/snacks or feel free to go out and purchase items at lunch break. There will be 2 x15 minute coffee breaks and a 1 hour lunch break. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health Authority. LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Workbooks are also available in Chinese, French, Korean, Punjabi and Arabic. Exams available in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, French, Japanese, Korean, Punjabi, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese. Please request when registering.
