Our organization offers FoodSafe Levels 1 and 2 courses. The courses are taught by our highly qualified instructor who has a PhD from the University of British Columbia (Faculty of Land and Food Systems), 25 years of experience developing and implementing food safety systems and 6 year of teaching experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge with many real world examples of the do’s and don’ts of food safety. You will be certified immediately after successful completion of the course and issued a temporary certificate. An official certificate (valid for 5 years) and wallet card from ‘Island Health’ will follow. Fees include workbook, handouts, certificates and wallet card. Group Rate discounts are available!
