Sunday Feb 12, 2017. Food safety training for everyone who prepares food at home, work or volunteers. $75 for adults, $60 for high school students, cash or check on the day, a receipt will be issued. For more info and to pre register, email nanfoodsafe@hotmail.com or use the bookwhen system VIHA will issue a wall certificate and wallet card, 6 weeks after the class provided you get >70% on the multiple choice test. A completion note will be issued at class. Valid for 5 years. Instructor brings thermometers, chemical test strips, photos, play food, and hand wash unit to class. Workbooks available in Chinese, Korean and Punjab. Exams in 10 languages. Please notify instructor of your needs prior to class. Providing FOODSAFE on Vancouver Island for over 26 years.
