Saturday Jan 21, 2016. Food safety training for everyone who prepares food at home, work or volunteers. $75 for adults, $60 for high school students, cash or check on the day, a receipt will be issued. Fridge and microwave in room. For more info and to pre register, email nanfoodsafe@hotmail.com or use the bookwhen system. VIHA will issue a wall certificate and wallet card, 6 weeks after the class provided you get >70% on the multiple choice test. A completion note will be issued at class. Valid for 5 years. Instructor brings thermometers, chemical test strips, chopping boards, photos, play food, hand washing kit. Workbooks available in Korean, Punjab and Chinese. Exams available in 10 languages.
