Contact Tamara at the Chilliwack Health Protection office (604-702-4952) to register. Payment by exact cash ($70) or personal cheque made out to "Fraser Health Authority". Be aware that limited paid parking is available at the Health Unit. Please bring a pencil and a snack - not provided. Exams marked at the end of the day. Interim confirmation of passing grade will be available upon request. Please note: course will be cancelled if less than five participants.
