The course is taught by Jan Kreut, a certified Foodsafe instructor with 17 years experience. The course is being held at Little Hobo restaurant at 595 Leon Ave, Kelowna. Class starts promptly at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks. Register at www.foodsafecourse.ca or by emailing jan@kreut.com or calling 250-276-4492. Payment of $65 can be made by e-transfer, cash or cheque made out to Jan Kreut. Bring identification, a pen, a highlighter and a bag lunch. A letter of completion is available after successfully passing the exam. Your 5-year certificate will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks from Interior Health.
