This is a government-certified course that is designed for those who are employed or seeking employment as restaurant staff, caterers, vendors, or anyone handling food. Upon successful completion, participants will be registered with the Fraser Health Authority and receive a FoodSafe Certificate recognized by the BC Hotel and Restaurant Association. Handbook included. Course tuition includes a $24 fee for a workbook and Health Department Certificate Processing charges.
