Food safety training is essential if you want your food business to succeed, but it is also a legal requirement for food handlers (cooks, managers, servers and dishwashers). If you own a business or work in the food industry, you'll need food safety training to keep your brand and your customers safe. Foodsafe Level 1 focuses on basic microbiology, food contamination, potentially hazardous foods, dish-washing and receiving/storing techniques.
