REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given if cancellation is due to any illness or Covid 19 related symptoms and notification is received by the instructor prior to the start of the course, by 8:45 am. All other cancellations must be 48 hours before class. BRING: ID, pen, highlighter, water, lunch, snacks, and refreshments and a sweater as meeting room temperature will be variable . LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Water is provided. Two 20 minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break are scheduled. Harvest Restaurant in the hotel will be open for food and beverages. Kekuli coffee shop is at 3rd and Columbia. More restaurants and coffee shops on Victoria St. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. Most people pass my courses but those who don't can rewrite the exam or take the course again for free at a later date. PARKING: Free in parking lot in front of Double Tree Hotel
