Cost:

Price per person starts at $85.72 plus GST = $90.00 per person
Course Fees include a English workbook which will be yours to keep at the end of the course
Other languages for the workbook may have additional fees

The course is wrapped up with a 50-question multiple-choice closed-book test
A passing grade of 70% is required
Tests are held the same day at the end of the course
The vast majority (99.9%) of our students pass the test on their first try
Temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed by the Health Authority

Each class is taught by a highly trained and experienced, certified Red Seal Chef
Our instructor has countless years of experience working in and correcting all types of restaurant, food business, and food service environments, ensuring staff and management follow necessary FoodSafe requirements
They will share stories and examples of their experience in class to help you develop a better understanding of the course material
With our instructor being ESL, they understand the importance of phrasing and using easy-to-understand English for those whose first language is not English
