FS Level 2 is a 2 day course: March 19 & March 20, 2026. Attendance is required for both days. All Fraser Health FoodSafe courses are taught by Certified Public Health Officers. Participants to meet by Security Desk at Main Entrance to Central City Mall, near Blenz coffee. Please arrive 15 minutes early. facilitator will escort class to training room.
