Foodsafe Level 1 takes complex Food Safety laws and information and breaks it down into simple lessons, so you and your team get the food safety training you need. This course covers important food safety practices with a focus on: - Basic microbiology - Food contamination - Potentially hazardous foods - Dish-washing - Receiving/storing techniques Exams are available in Japanese, Chinese, Punjabi, Farsi, Tagalog, Spanish and French (please advise on language preference at registration).
