Class Location:
- - 423 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC
Same Day Testing & Temporary Certificate Provided:
- - The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test
- - A passing grade of 70% is required
- - Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates are provided upon passing

- - Each course is taught by a highly trained certified Red Seal Chef with over a decade of experience in both the restaurant industry and healthcare kitchens
- - Our instructor has countless years of experience reviewing good and bad food handling practices in the restaurant industry and ensuring all staff and management are following necessary Food Safe requirements
- - First hand experience stories and examples to help you develop a better understanding of the course material
What You Can Expect:
- - An up to 8 hour course
- - Two 15 minute breaks and a half hour lunch break
- - Most people pass the course but those who won't can rewrite the exam or take the course again at a later date depending on their final mark
Language Options:
This course is presented in clear, easy-to-understand English from an instructor who is ESL and has experience helping students who are ESL.

Refunds & Cancellations:
- - There are no refunds for these courses as spaces are limited
- - A partial refund may be given if a cancellation is due to contagious illness or unforseen circumstances, however, notice must be provided to the instructor with at least 72-48 hours notice
