You will receive your temporary FOODSAFE certificate before your Interior Health issued certificate (full and wallet size) arrives in the mail. BRING: pen, highlighter and lunch Recommend bringing water/coffee too. Lunch break is 30 mins with two 15 min breaks. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The multiple-choice exams are marked the same day. Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 4-6 weeks of successful completion of the course. Passing grade is 70% and you will receive an interim certificate when you pass. LANGUAGE OPTIONS: Student workbooks are available in Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic. Tests are available in: Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi, Punjabi, Chinese, Korean, French, & Arabic (if needed, please notify instructor in advance).
