With over a decade of experience in the food industry, I bring my hands-on knowledge and extensive training experience to the Food Safe Level 1 certification program. Currently, I coordinate and facilitate an employment and life skills program for people with disabilities where I support them to find meaningful work in the agricultural and food industries. Utilizing my considerable experience working with vulnerable populations, I have focused on making the Food Safe Level 1 training accessible, inclusive and relatable for any audience.
