Since being Certified as an FOODSAFE Instructor by Interior Health in 2011, I have instructed public and private FOODSAFE courses throughout the Southern Interior. p>Education: Masters Degree in Ed Psy, UBC, and Food Microbiology 1021, BCIT.

Experience: I have enjoyed a rewarding career as an educator and program coordinator in education, employment and health care sectors - and now as FOODSAFE instructor throughout the Thompson-Okanagan.
