With fun, relaxed classes, our instructors are a wealth of food safety knowledge, current trends, recent food-related alerts and recalls plus timely reminders and anecdotes. More importantly, participants have an excellent success rate.

If you can’t come to us, we’ll come to you: small groups, large organizations, grocery outlets, employment agencies, volunteer kitchens, schools. We’re happy to give estimates. COVID-19 Safety Procedures & Social Distancing in place

Price includes course manual, certificate and Provincial registration fee. As certificates take several weeks to be processed, all successful participants are issued an Interim Letter of Confirmation.
