ENVIRO-FOOD CONSULTING provides training, writing and consulting services to the foodservice and hospitality industry. As a CPHIC, Sally has instructed FoodSafe 1 courses throughout the Vancouver area and on Vancouver Island. Pre-registration is required for all courses at www.envirofood.org under Course Schedule. Students receive a temporary certificate to use until processed through VIHA. Fee includes student workbook, coffee, extra hand-outs and certificate. Students are qualified after completing multiple-choice exam on class date. Clients include Whole Foods, Red Robin, Qualicum Chamber of Commerce and Tim Hortons.
