Service Description:

With over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, I am pleased to offer the Food Safe Level 1 course. I am currently a teacher in the Kamloops Thompson School District, teaching Food Science/ Nutrition and Leadership courses, which include coordinating the cafeteria, concession, and banquet meals for community events. I offer my course to high school students and community members looking to attain their Food Safe Level 1 Certificate.
