I live and work in Mackenzie, BC as a secondary school Culinary Arts and Foods & Nutrition teacher. I am certified instructor for both FOODSAFE Level 1 and MARKETSAFE. I teach courses locally in Mackenzie, BC at the College of New Caledonia. I am happy to provide adaptations for students with specific learning needs.
