Teach Food Safe Level 1 at competitive rates, flexible to meet the schedules, business needs and demands of the food service owners/operators. Consulting, Lay-out design, writing Food Safety and Sanitation Plans , HACCP services are provided.
Several years of Environmental Health Officer/Public Health Inspection experience with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Public Health. A Food Technologist with food manufacturing, processing experience.
A Pastry Chef with 18 years of Hotel/Restaurant experience. A professional Chef with Culinary Arts Certification and a Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Many years of teaching experience especially to people with English language challenges. One re-exam is provided free of charge in conformance to the Food Safe Secretariat rules. Madhu does everything possible to meet the needs of the students, operators.
