Kathy Russell has a B.Sc. (Agri.) in Food Sciences from U.B.C. and has experience in many areas of the food industry including restaurants and food processing facilities. Kathy is an experienced instructor with an excellent success rate in her public and private courses. She is available to teach private group courses in the Interior, Okanagan and Lower Mainland.
