FEE: $90 payable by e-transfer to kathy-russell@telus.net by 9 pm April 3, 2024

REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be given if cancellation is due to any illness or Covid 19 related symptoms if notification if received by the instructor prior to the start of the course. All other cancellations require 48 hour notice.

BRING: ID, pen, highlighter, water, lunch, snacks, and refreshments and a sweater as meeting room temperature will be variable.

LUNCH BREAK AND COFFEE BREAKS: Please bring your own refreshments. Two 15 minute coffee breaks and a half hour lunch break are scheduled. Harvest Restaurant on site.

FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required. Tests are marked the same day and temporary certificates will be issued until your certificate is processed through Interior Health. Most people pass my courses but those who don't can rewrite the exam or take the course again for free at a later date.
