LUNCH: Please bring a bag lunch. Lunch break will be a half hour - fridge and microwave are available. Save-on-Foods is nearby if driving. COFFEE BREAK: There will be a morning coffee break and an afternoon coffee break. Coffee/Tea and morning muffins will be provided. FOODSAFE CERTIFICATES: The course is wrapped up with a 50 question multiple choice test. A passing grade of 70% is required to receive a FoodSafe level 1 certificate from Interior Health. Tests are marked the same day and reviewed with you. Your certificate will be mailed from Interior Health within 6 to 8 weeks of successful completion of the course. Confirmation letters will be issued to use as interim certificate if desired. For those who receive a grade between 60 and 68%, there will be an opportunity to re-write the test at a later date.
